The season band · Every price public

The whole year, priced in the open.

Four seasons, one two-person crew. Ranges are ranges because yards differ — the exact number always lands in writing before we start, and nothing hides behind “call for pricing.”

Spring

Apr – May

The list opens in March and goes fast — beds first, mulch while they’re still bare, seed before the heat shows up.

  • Cleanup & bed refresh $180–$420

Beds cleared, edges recut, the first weeds pulled before they mean it.

  • Mulch install $85/yd spread

Delivered and spread. We’ll tell you how many yards it takes, not “a few.”

  • Aeration + overseed $140–$260

Plugs pulled, seed down, and a watering plan you can actually follow.

Summer

Jun – Aug

Mowing weeks run like a bus route: same day, same two people, edges every time.

  • Weekly mowing from $45/visit

Typical city lot. Mow, edge, blow — and the per-visit price holds all season.

  • Bed weeding rounds $60–$120

Every two or three weeks, before the bindweed wins.

  • Shrub & hedge trim $120–$380

Sharp lines or natural shape — your call, agreed out loud before we cut.

Fall

Sep – Nov

The yard gets put to bed: leaves hauled, sprinklers blown before the first hard freeze, perennials cut back.

  • Leaf cleanup $160–$400

Hauled away — not blown to the fence line for the wind to redistribute.

  • Sprinkler blowout $70 flat

Compressed air through every zone. One price, no lot-size arithmetic.

  • Perennial cutback $90–$220

What feeds the birds over winter stays standing; we’ll say which is which.

Winter

Dec – Feb

The quiet months. One-off jobs when the weather allows, and a straight answer about what we don’t do.

  • One-off cleanups by quote

Wind dropped a season of trash on your fence line? We’ll come square it away.

  • Gutter clearing $110–$180

Single-story and easy two-story. We know our ladders and say no past them.

  • Snow plowing not us

We don’t plow — and we’ll say so instead of doing it badly.

The fine print, in plain type

  • Ranges are honest because yards differ — corner lots, slopes, tree count, and August all change the work.
  • Your exact number comes in writing before we start, and it doesn’t drift afterward.
  • Once we quote a per-visit mowing price, it’s locked for the season.
